Documentation scope

Use documentation-scope when a page needs to show its date, where the governing rule lives, and where the implementation detail lives.

This is not a callout. It carries ownership context as metadata, not warning, success, or advisory meaning.

Rules#

• Use it near the intro, before changelogs, tables, or detailed content.
• Link to durable section pages or specific reference pages.
• Do not use it for ordinary related links; use front matter related: for that.
• Do not use it for warnings or operational notes; use a callout when the message has severity or urgency.
