Form confirmation

Pair every form with a confirmation page before publishing it. The current contact flow redirects successful submissions to content/contact/sent.{en,fr}.md; retain the same language, state plainly that the message was received, and provide a normal route back into the site.

Includes#

• The standard Page header and readable article flow
• A result statement that does not expose submission details or imply a response time
• One or two ordinary continuation links

Error handling#

Keep a failed submission on the form when the user can correct it, with a visible summary and field-level messages. Use a separate error page only when the service cannot safely preserve or retry the submission.
